You know? I go to NIDA Fitness quite everyday afterwork, since it's very convenient for me. Just 15 minutes from my workplace. Just keep on exercising & take a shower until 7.30-8 pm., and then leave from NIDA, the traffic jam is very very smooth. It will talk around half an hour to my home.
